    Overview: This is an opportunity to join a startup insurance agency, earn uncapped commissions, and learn directly from the agency owner how to build and run a successful business.

    We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join a growing agency backed by Farmers Insurance. This role offers the chance to grow with the agency while developing sales, client management, and business skills. You will work directly with the agency owner and gain insight into how a successful insurance agency operates.

    Responsibilities

    Develop knowledge of property, casualty, and life insurance products

    Build and maintain client relationships

    Assess customer needs and recommend coverage solutions

    Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, and lead follow-up

    Meet and exceed agency sales goals

    Maintain an organized sales pipeline and client records

    Provide strong customer service and support

    Licensing Requirements

    Candidates must obtain the following licenses within 30 days of hire:

    Property and Casualty License

    Life and Health License

    Support and guidance will be provided to help complete the licensing process.
