The Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive - Advertising OOH Sales Representative who’s hungry to learn, hustle, and grow into a top performer. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career — even a first job — who wants real-world sales experience in a fast-moving industry.

You’ll be responsible for helping generate new business, building relationships, and supporting the sales process from outreach to close.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and reach out to potential clients (calls, emails, in-person when needed)

Help build and maintain a pipeline of advertisers and agencies

Assist in preparing proposals and presentations

Learn our inventory (billboards + digital placements) and how to sell it effectively

Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities

Support senior sales team members on active deals

Track activity

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic — someone who’s willing to put in the effort to succeed

Positive attitude and coachability

Comfortable talking to new people and handling rejection

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Organized and self-motivated

Interest in sales, marketing, media, or advertising

Bonus (not required):

Any prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience

Familiarity with advertising or media
