Position Summary
Studer Education is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Executive to join our growing Partner Development team. This individual will be responsible for generating, managing, and closing sales opportunities across Studer Education's portfolio of products and services, including leadership resources, software solutions, professional development, events, coaching engagements, and strategic district partnerships.
The Account Executive will proactively engage educational leaders, build relationships with decision-makers, uncover organizational challenges and priorities, and connect those needs with solutions that strengthen leadership, improve culture, and accelerate results.
This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and offers a unique opportunity to receive hands-on coaching, mentorship, and professional development in consultative selling, educational leadership solutions, territory management, and strategic partnership development. The successful candidate will work alongside senior Partner Development leaders and nationally recognized education coaches while developing the skills necessary to become a trusted advisor to school districts and higher education institutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early- to mid-career sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, conducting discovery conversations, and helping educational organizations solve meaningful challenges.
This is a full-time remote position based in the United States.
Location & Work Environment
Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a distributed environment while collaborating effectively with team members across multiple time zones.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing daily outreach, prospect engagement, and pipeline activities with minimal supervision.
Periodic travel may be required for conferences, partner meetings, sales events, and company gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Business Development
- Conduct daily outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, conferences, referrals, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify and engage superintendents, cabinet leaders, principals, directors, and other education decision-makers.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists aligned with Studer Education's strategic priorities.
- Execute consistent outreach campaigns to generate meetings and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop trusted relationships with educational leaders and position Studer Education as a valued partner.
Opportunity Management & Sales
- Lead discovery and qualification conversations to understand organizational goals, challenges, and priorities.
- Present Studer Education's products and services in a way that aligns with each organization's needs and desired outcomes.
- Conduct virtual demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions with prospective partners.
- Develop proposals, pricing recommendations, and sales materials.
- Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract execution.
- Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities to expand conversations from individual products and services into broader leadership, culture, coaching, and strategic improvement solutions.
Consultative Selling & Partner Development
- Learn and effectively communicate Studer Education's leadership framework, coaching methodology, software solutions, events, and professional development offerings.
- Collaborate with Partner Development leaders, coaches, and subject matter experts on larger or more complex opportunities.
- Participate in executive-level conversations with educational leaders to develop advanced consultative selling skills.
- Help educational leaders connect immediate challenges with long-term organizational goals and improvement strategies.
- Develop the knowledge and expertise necessary to grow into larger district partnerships and strategic engagements.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all prospect interactions, opportunities, activities, and next steps within HubSpot CRM.
- Track outreach efforts, pipeline progression, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM reporting and analytics to prioritize opportunities and improve effectiveness.
- Ensure opportunities are appropriately documented and progressed through the sales process.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Partner closely with Marketing, Coaching, Partner Success, and Product teams to support organizational growth.
- Share prospect feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights with leadership.
- Support smooth transitions from sales to implementation and ongoing partner support.
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, planning sessions, and professional development activities.
Growth Opportunity
This role is designed as an accelerated pathway into strategic education sales and partner development leadership. The Account Executive will receive direct mentorship from the Chief Revenue Officer and gain firsthand experience working alongside nationally recognized education coaches, senior sales leaders, superintendents, college presidents, and executive leadership teams.

Qualifications
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or another relationship-driven professional role.
- Experience conducting outbound prospecting and managing opportunities through a sales process preferred.
- Experience as an educator, school or district leader is a plus.
- Experience within education, EdTech, professional services or consulting sales is a plus.
Sales & Relationship Building
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate opportunities, and advance conversations toward a desired outcome.
- Comfortable conducting cold outreach and initiating conversations with senior leaders.
- Ability to uncover needs, ask thoughtful questions, and position solutions effectively.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Technology & CRM
- Experience using HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite and virtual meeting technologies.
- Ability to manage tasks, follow-up activities, and sales processes through technology platforms.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+
