Job Title: Account Executive | Base Salary + Commission

Pay and Compensation: • Base salary: $40,000 guaranteed • On-target earnings year one: $60,000 to $75,000 • Unlimited commission potential • Signing bonus available • Monthly and performance bonuses

About the Role: We are a growing insurance agency seeking a motivated Insurance Account Executive. You will sell Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance products. You will build relationships, generate leads, and help customers protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through leads, calls, referrals, networking, and social media • Sell auto, home, business, and life insurance products • Prepare quotes and applications • Present coverage options and close sales • Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators • Cross-sell additional products to existing clients • Build strong customer relationships • Participate in community and agency events • Promote brand awareness

Requirements ✅ • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license • Ability to work independently • Sales or customer service experience • Strong communication skills • Ability to learn insurance systems • Experience with social media platforms preferred

Licensing: • Property and Casualty license required prior to start date • Life license required within 3 months of hire • We reimburse licensing and training costs after 3 months
