    The Opportunity

    We're seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team in Scottsdale. In this role, you'll be on the front lines generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and driving activity that fuels our sales pipeline. You'll conduct outbound prospecting, set up discovery calls and demos, and have the opportunity to manage deals from initial contact through close. This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
    • Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to identify and connect with key decision makers.
    • Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and networking channels.

    Discovery & Qualification

    • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.
    • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings or demos.
    • Communicate Broadband Dynamics' value proposition clearly and effectively.

    Sales & Closing

    • Present tailored product demos and proposals.
    • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, including intro, qualification, demo, negotiation, and close.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and closed deals.

    Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

    • Partner with sales leadership and marketing on outreach strategies.
    • Provide market feedback and insights on prospect needs and trends.
    • Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment.

    What You'll Bring

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles with proven outbound calling success.
    • Prior experience closing deals is highly preferred.
    • Strong communication skills: confident, professional, and persuasive.
    • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day and handling rejection with resilience.
    • Ability to identify and engage decision makers at target companies.
    • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
