  • Responsibilities

    Position Summary

    As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with shippers, generating new business opportunities, and managing day-to-day freight movements. You'll be a key player in scaling our customer base and delivering the best-in-class service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify, contact, and close new business opportunities via phone, email, and online outreach
    • Manage a growing book of business by providing daily operational support and strategic insights
    • Develop customized transportation solutions that address client needs and maximize profitability
    • Build long-term relationships with shippers and become a trusted logistics partner
    • Collaborate with operations team to ensure successful freight execution
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM
    • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly KPIs

    What We're Looking For

    • Preferably at least 1 year of inside sales or logistics experience preferred (but we'll train the right person)
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
    • A self-starter with a hunter mentality and a team-oriented mindset
    • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and follow-ups
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
