We're hiring an Account Executive to work directly with the CEO in founding a brand new sales and marketing team in NYC.

Historically, Cal.com has relied on product-led growth to bring it to where it is today (500k users, >$10M bookings, a range of enterprise customers), but we've decided to found a brand new team to really put some fuel on the fire and turn us into a rocket ship.
Hence this role is going to be incredibly dynamic, creative and autonomous. You, and a very small handful of other people on this brand new team, are going to take full ownership of Cal.com's revenue, conversion and funnels. We will move fast and quickly influence new direction in the company, with the CEO working directly alongside you in the office.
The majority of the team is remote, but you will be working in-person in our brand-new NYC office, where you'll get to collaborate with us in the same room, brainstorming and whiteboarding ideas.
