As an Account Executive, you'll build your book of business by developing relationships with business owners and HR leaders. You'll conduct discovery meetings to understand their business, present solutions that help protect employees against injury, illness, and unexpected events, and build partnerships that generate renewable income. Our enrollment and administrative support team handles implementation, freeing you to focus on client relationships with manager guidance. B2B sales experience required. Insurance experience not required—we provide comprehensive training, including licensing support, prospecting systems, and coaching. Must obtain Texas Life & Health Insurance License within 30-90 days. Performance-based compensation plus first-year incentives, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonuses, and renewal income. Responsibilities: • Prospect and qualify companies with 10-30+ employees through phone outreach, business visits, and referral networks • Conduct discovery meetings with decision-makers to understand their business and identify opportunities to help protect employees from financial hardship due to injury, illness, or unexpected events • Present solutions that strengthen their benefits offering and provide employees with financial protection, with manager guidance and support throughout the sales process • Build and maintain long-term partnerships through exceptional service, with enrollment and administrative support handling implementation • Build a sustainable book of business targeting 100+ client relationships over the first two years, creating renewable income while reducing prospecting needs as your book grows • Focus on relationship management and retention with enrollment and administrative support, handling group meetings and implementation details Qualifications: • 2-4 years of professional sales experience selling to businesses with the ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business. We welcome corporate sales, account management, financial services, commercial real estate, and other B2B backgrounds. • Proven consultative sales success, understanding client needs, and building ongoing relationships • Business acumen and professional presence to engage with HR professionals, owners, and executives • Self-motivated business-mindset with comfort in performance-based compensation • Commitment to licensing within 30-90 days (we provide pre-licensing training and support) • Reliable transportation for client meetings throughout Cypress/Northwest Houston Preferred: Existing business relationships in Northwest Houston or employee benefits familiarity Bonus: Business degree, Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly valued Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
