MSL is seeking an Account Executive for our Impact & Sustainability group within the P&G practice. As an integral member of the team, this AE will be responsible for the execution of Impact & Sustainability PR plans and supporting day-to-day account activities for iconic P&G brands we bet you have at home.

Responsibilities:

Communications Strategy

• Research sustainability topics and trends
• Contribute to strategic, impactful and measurable multi-stakeholder communications plans
• Monitor news within the evolving ESG/CSR/sustainability landscape and proactively highlight opportunities for impact

Communications Execution

• Develop influential media materials, including pitches, press releases and fact sheets
• Draft communications designed to engage employees and inspire potential recruits
• Develop consumer-facing content, such as website copy, social posts and influencer opportunities
• Support thought leadership tactics, such as executive LinkedIn content planning, webinars, conference speaking opportunities and editorial contributions

Account Management

• Participate in client/team meetings, lead call reports and support project management of communications priorities
• Support monthly client billing and account trackers

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field
• Apassion for sustainability and social impact; knowledge of environmental topics and trends
• 2+ years experience in PR, experience in consumer health and personal care products a plus
• Strong writing skills, poise and professionalism
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational capability; ability to multi-task
• Creative thinker who shares a passion for bringing forward-looking ideas to the team and client
• Flexibility/versatility to tackle different tasks and pivot quickly based on client needs

Compensation Range: $46,500.00 - $68,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
