    Job description:

    Converse is looking to add a competitive insurance agent to grow our network and generate new business through Property & Casualty as well as Commercial lines of business. You will sell, discern and negotiate insurance plans to meet the needs of your prospective customers’ portfolio. The goal is to create positive, lasting relationships and elevate our agency’s reputation.

    Primary responsibility of an Account Executive as you grow your business:

    Prospecting and establishing referral relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.

    Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with over 20 “A” rated insurance providers, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.

    Responsibilities

    Develop marketing strategies to promote your business as well as all the lines of business we are able insure

    Engage in productive relationships to leverage a network that will generate adequate clientele

    Assess the needs and financial status of customers’ and present protection plans that meet their requirements

    Maintain time management and organization through our bookkeeping systems and database

    Perform and maintain client retention and revenue growth targets

    Continual interest in growing job knowledge and learning about new products and services

    Fulfill all carrier and agency requirements
