    Who We Are

    CourtsApp is transforming the way racquet sports players book courts, making it faster and easier, while empowering clubs to maximize their court utilization more efficiently and effectively.

    We're seeking a driven Account Executive to help scale our national facility network by introducing our platform to tennis and pickleball and other racquet sports clubs across the country.

    This is a high-impact, consultative sales role ideal for someone passionate about building relationships, supporting sports facilities in growing their business, and contributing to the success of a fast-growing startup. You'll be responsible for onboarding new facilities, showcasing the value of our proprietary court marketing platform, and driving long-term partnerships.

    We're looking for energetic, proactive professionals who are natural relationship builders and who thrive in fast-paced environments, take initiative, and are eager to build and manage a high-performing book of business.

    What You'll Do:

    • Prospect and Outreach
      Identify, research, and engage prospective tennis and pickleball clubs across the country through outbound efforts including email, phone, LinkedIn, and event networking.

    • Sales Presentations & Demos
      Deliver compelling platform presentations and live demos to showcase the value of CourtsApp's court booking and player marketing capabilities.

    • Consultative Selling
      Understand the unique operational needs of each facility and tailor the value proposition to help them increase court utilization and streamline scheduling.

    • Pipeline Management
      Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot), tracking all communications, follow-ups, and deal progress.

    • Contract Negotiation & Onboarding
      Lead negotiations and close agreements with new partners, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding and setup with the partner success implementation team.

    • Market Feedback & Insights
      Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights and feedback from facilities to inform product team on proposed improvements and enrich our sales strategy.

    • Collaboration
      Work closely with the marketing, partner success, and product teams to ensure brand alignment, messaging, and a seamless customer experience.

    • Goal Achievement
      Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

    Who You Are

    • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or business development.
    • Exceptional communication skills - clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and verbal interactions.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented - able to manage time effectively and consistently meet or exceed targets.
    • Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment - comfortable with ambiguity and excited by growth opportunities.
    • Bonus: Passion for racquet sports or prior experience working with sports clubs.

    Compensation

    The compensation allocated for this role includes a base salary of $45,000, uncapped commissions, bonuses and participation in a stock equity plan. OTE $80,000.

    This is a 1099-Contractor position with plans to move to full-time W2 in the future.
