Account Executive - Cybersecurity Sales
InfoSight is looking for an Account Executive to join a fast-growing SALES team. You will be responsible for pipeline development, consultative selling, qualification, and closing deals. You will be a full-cycle sales executive setting your meetings to build your pipeline, leading discovery/scoping calls with the presales engineering team, and closing calls. Account executive will also be supported by a BDR and Marketing Team. You will have access to a top-notch sales tech stack!
What you must have:
· Must have the ability to self-source opportunities
· Must have previously sold cybersecurity products, including managed security services & advisory services
What you'll do:
· Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market research
· Self-Sourcing Meetings: Independently source and schedule meetings with key decision-makers to discuss cybersecurity needs and solutions
· Sustain High Activity: Maintain a consistent activity level, including calls, emails, and meetings, to drive sales growth and achieve targets
· Utilize GAP & Challenger Selling Methodologies: Apply the principles of GAP Selling methodology to understand customer needs, identify gaps in their cybersecurity strategy, and present tailored solutions; and learn prospect operations to understand how to solve challenges within specific vertical industries.
· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications:
· Proven track record of success in B2B sales in the cybersecurity industry
· Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
· Sales experience within IT Services, cybersecurity and/or consulting/advisory services environment
Good to have:
· Sales experience in OT and or public utility
· Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as PCIDSS, GLBA, HIPAA, NERC, FFIEC
· Knowledge of Risk Management, Compliance and Governance
· A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
