Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic AE who can not only crush their current pipeline and close mid-market and enterprise deals, but help build out the playbook and continue to expand on their exponential growth.
Folks need to be willing to grind, but we also need creative thinkers who have high clock-speed, can implement time-saving structure & process, and generate new ideas that accelerate growth.
What we look for:
- 3 - 8 years of experience selling software or services to tech companies at a high-growth startup
- Significant outbound prospecting experience
- Track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, President's club, consistently beating quota
- Outstanding achievements in some other competitive domain (varsity sports in college, degree from a top university, etc)
What you'll do:
- Be in charge of all inbound leads, generate pipeline, and close deals
- Implementing time-saving structure & process.
- Generate new ideas that accelerate growth.
- Own enterprise deals end-to-end, including understanding customer pain points, helping them evaluate Paraform, negotiate terms, and ensure successful onboarding of customers
