Join one of Delaware’s fastest-growing real estate investment companies as an Inside Sales Account Executive. This is a sales-driven, in-office role focused on managing inbound and outbound seller leads — helping property owners find win-win solutions while supporting our acquisitions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 80–100 calls per day (inbound, follow-up, and warm leads).
- Build rapport with homeowners and evaluate property motivation.
- Manage and update CRM data daily (Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with acquisitions and dispositions managers.
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs for calls, appointments, and conversions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in inside sales, account executive, or real estate acquisitions roles.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, and data tracking.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with high call volume.
- Must be able to work in-office 3 times a week in Wilmington, DE.
Compensation
- $55,000–$70,000 base + uncapped commissions (avg $70K–$90K total).
- Training in sales systems, KPIs, and CRM operations.
