    Account Executive - Electric Sign Service & Maintenance

    We're a well-established, locally owned sign shop specializing in the service and maintenance of electric signs. As a Young Electric Sign Company (YESCO) franchise, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and keeping our clients' businesses shining bright. We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and contacting new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our electric sign service and maintenance solutions. You'll be a key player in our growth, helping businesses in our community maintain their professional image through well-lit and functioning signage.

    What You'll Do:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities for electric sign service and maintenance contracts.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.

    Conduct needs assessments and present tailored service and maintenance proposals to potential and existing clients.

    Collaborate with our service technicians and operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system (Servizio).

    Represent our company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.

    What We're Looking For:

    Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a service-oriented industry.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    A strong understanding of the sales process and a customer-centric approach.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.

    Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Knowledge of electric signs or the signage industry is a plus, but not required – we'll train the right candidate!
