As an Account Executive, Enterprise, (Manufacturing vertical) you will play a pivotal role in expanding Freshworks’ footprint within manufacturing organizations. This role focuses on engaging multiple stakeholders across manufacturing operations, delivering customized ITSM and EX solutions, and empowering organizations to drive productivity and employee satisfaction through our advanced software. You’ll thrive in complex, consultative sales processes with high-budget deals and medium-to-long sales cycles, helping manufacturing organizations improve employee workflows and IT efficiency. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing a mix of new business logos as well as cross-selling into a book
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Solution Selling: Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies for manufacturing organizations, demonstrating how Freshworks’ solutions optimize productivity and enhance employee engagement across corporate and factory environments.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with diverse decision-makers and C-level executives, including IT leaders, operations managers, and HR administrators, to address unique challenges within manufacturing organizations and deliver impactful outcomes.
Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and execute a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through medium-to-long sales cycles tailored to the needs of the manufacturing sector.
Customized Engagements: Create and present compelling value propositions that align with organizational goals, priorities, and budgets.
Collaborative Approach: Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to create seamless, end-to-end experiences for prospects and clients in the manufacturing vertical.
Experience:
5–10 years of proven success in SaaS enterprise sales, with strong experience in ITSM and EX solution selling.
Prior experience selling to manufacturing organizations is not necessary, but is a plus.
Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms and their role in driving operational efficiency within manufacturing operations.
Skills:
Mastery in solution selling and pipeline management.
Strong presentation skills and thinking creatively to position Freshworks in the market
Super-accountability of pipeline generation, for both new and existing business
Self-starter and highly motivated
Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Great at driving a process and delivering value
Strong planning and internal resource management skills
Knowledge of how Ai can be leveraged for operational efficiency

The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 — $150,000 USD + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
