    About the Role

    FASTSIGNS Clearwater, one of the Top 25 FASTSIGNS centers nationwide, is growing and we’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our award-winning team.

    This is an outside sales position where you’ll build relationships, uncover opportunities, and help local and enterprise businesses bring their brands to life through impactful visual communication solutions. From exterior signage and vehicle wraps to interior displays, digital graphics and much more.

    What You’ll Do

    Prospect, develop, and grow new business opportunities across multiple industries

    Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through consultative sales

    Meet with business owners, marketing leaders, and project managers to understand goals and recommend tailored solutions

    Use tools to manage your sales pipeline and track outreach, quotes, and conversions

    Collaborate closely with our in-house design and production teams to ensure customer vision and quality execution

    Represent FASTSIGNS at networking events and within the local business community

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven experience in outside or B2B sales (any industry welcome — printing, marketing, construction, advertising, or service-based industries are great fits)

    Strong relationship-building, presentation, and follow-through skills

    Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals

    Organized and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

    CRM experience preferred

    High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

    Compensation: $35,000 – $150,000+ per year (base + commission potential)
