Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare technology or EHR software industry.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
• Deep understanding of the Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Substance Use, and Outpatient Therapy market sectors with knowledge of industry-specific workflows, challenges and goals.
• Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and revenue cycle optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
