    We are a Top 10% State Farm agency looking for a competitive, driven sales professional who wants to build a book of business and a long-term career not just fill a seat. This is a sales role. You will prospect, you will close, and you will be held to production goals. If that excites you, keep reading.

    Responsibilities: ✅ Prospect for new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking ✅ Close new insurance policies across auto, home, life, and health lines ✅ Meet and exceed monthly production goals ✅ Build and manage your personal pipeline ✅ Service existing accounts (yes — but it's last on the list)

    Minimum 2 years of sales experience with quota or commission accountability (required)

    Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets

    Comfortable with outbound prospecting this is not an inbound-only role

    Must be willing to obtain P&C and L/H insurance license (we support your training)

    Must be available to work fully in-office no remote or hybrid options

    What we offer:

    Base salary + commission structure. Top producers earn $100,000+/year. Your income is directly tied to your production.
