Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive (AE) to expand NayaOne's footprint in the U.S. insurance sector, with a focus on large Property & Casualty and Life insurance carriers.
This Account Executive role is focused on developing new accounts with top 30 P&C and Life insurance carriers (Progressive, Allstate, Hartford, MetLife, etc.), engaging senior executives, and driving adoption of NayaOne's platform. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our U.S. insurance presence and accelerating digital transformation for some of the world's most established insurance institutions.
This is a greenfield territory with massive opportunity - we know the messaging works, we need bandwidth to pursue the market.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities within large insurance carriers.
Develop trusted relationships with C-level (CTOs, CIO, CDAO) and senior executives (EVP, SVP) in target accounts across Innovation, Technology, Risk, and Operations functions.
Organize and meet with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers both online and in-person.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, solution-selling, negotiating, and implementation hand-offs to our account management teams.
Maintain 3x pipeline coverage ratio ($6M+ pipeline for $2M quota) through disciplined and KPI-driven prospecting
Navigate complex procurement, legal review, risk committees, and security reviews typical of 6-9 month enterprise sales cycles.
Drive deals to close without requiring formal POCs when possible (POCs can add 3-12 months to deal cycles).
Drive and leverage account-based campaigns and events.
Partner with product and solutions teams to ensure client needs are mapped to NayaOne's platform capabilities.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
Provide accurate forecasting and maintain CRM hygiene
Represent NayaOne at industry events, conferences, and client meetings at conferences such as Money 20/20, InsurTech Connect, Google Cloud Next, AWS re:Invent and segment-specific events that focus on topics such as digital insurance innovation, claims modernization, and AI adoption.
Qualifications
7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of managing and converting complex, high-value deals.

Self-starter with a high level of accountability and drive to exceed goals.
Comfortable operating at a high level without extensive support infrastructure associated with larger brand
