We are looking for an Account Executive Insurance to join our team! **** You will be responsible for customer service, installation, and renewals of small group medical and Medicare policies. We are a local independent insurance agency that is growing at a rapid rate and outperforming its competitors. With new business coming in and a mixed book of small group benefits business already in place, this is a great opportunity to work with a great team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service to existing small businesses and Medicare clients
• Keep motions in place with small group (under 100 lives) accounts.
• Run point on these clients without an assigned producer.
• Assist the sales executive with marketing and placing new and renewal business.
• Prepare renewals.
• Attend on-site client review meetings.

Qualifications:

• Active State Life and Health Insurance license (State of CT) preferred
• Previous experience in selling Medicare is a plus!!
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
• Experience in agency client management
• Possess a strong understanding of the sales, service, and marketing process for group health and ancillary accounts.
