The Account Executive role is accountable for managing business relationships with assigned clients, ensuring retention through outstanding service orientation and increasing revenue through consultative upselling, cross-selling and product resale. The Account Executive will directly support the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have talent in client service and sales. We expect this person to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Drive growth with existing client base: Identify, develop and deliver opportunities for expansion and adoption
High engagement with clients to understand their satisfaction, surface feedback and take action to maintain an excellent client experience
Primary escalation point to remedy relationship-level issues that may arise
Act as the client's advocate and Intrust's representative to ensure contractual, service and relationship commitments are met ****
Introduce products/service to prospective clients
Actively identify opportunities to improve operations within the role, team and company
Positive role model of behavior in accordance with company values, expectations, policies and procedures
Estimated 25-35% travel within the Cincinnati region to attend client meetings
Experience in IT service sales, account management, or similar roles. Associate to Mid-level experience is expected to align with compensation
Positive, supportive team orientation; adaptable to diverse client needs
Strong process design skills with natural ability to implement across varied groups

Starting base compensation for this role is expected to be between $70,000 - 75,000 per year with a variable compensation target range between 15-20%.
