The Account Executive will work independently and must have the personality to deal with multiple accounts giving them feedback and direction.
This individual must be personable, know how to talk with people and be able to understand what your potential customer needs and wants are.
Time management is key, they will handle multiple accounts and will have to have good problem solving skills.
Sales experience in the Heating and Air Conditioning world knowing how to speak the language and understand the basics of the industry.
Estimation is key, need to know the ins and outs of the business and how to quote a particular business model.
