Responsibilities: This isn’t your average sales role. As our Account Executive I, you’ll take full ownership of the customer journey—from first contact to final delivery. You'll be responsible for managing inbound leads and phone calls, converting interest into closed deals, and ensuring a smooth transition between sales, operations, and production. You’ll act as the in-office hub, keeping communication flowing between departments and playing a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience for every client. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Respond to inbound leads and phone inquiries with professionalism, guiding prospects toward the best solution for their needs.Act as the liaison between sales, operations, and production teams to ensure timely communication and order accuracy.Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity, leads, and client communication in the CRM system.Support clients through the buying process, offering product recommendations and resolving concerns quickly and effectively.Collaborate with production to verify product availability, manage delivery schedules, and ensure all client expectations are met.Achieve and maintain a monthly personal sales quota while supporting broader team goals.Process and track customer orders and follow-ups with precision and care.Provide outstanding service, resolving issues efficiently and strengthening client relationships.Work cross-functionally to support a cohesive, goal-oriented sales process.
