About the Role:

The Polian Agency is looking for a driven and motivated Account Executive - Life Insurance Producer to join our growing team in Waco, TX. Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outreach

Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions

Present and explain life insurance policy options, coverage details, and benefits to prospective clients

Manage and grow a book of business through ongoing client relationship management

Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales production goals

Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity using CRM tools

Stay current on life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends

Requirements:

Active Texas Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain one)

Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
