A fast-growing AI startup is hiring a remote Account Executive to help scale its go-to-market motion. The company has grown from concept to eight-figure ARR in a short time and recently raised a $12M Series A.
The platform helps marketing teams turn content into a compounding acquisition engine across search and AI answers. Customers include well-known high-growth technology companies, and the team is now expanding its enterprise sales function.
This is a high-agency role for an AE who wants ownership of the full sales cycle and enjoys building process in an early-stage environment.
What you will do
Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
Sell to CMOs, VP Marketing, and GTM leaders at high-growth startups and mid-market/enterprise companies
Run consultative discovery tied to business outcomes and growth goals
Lead demos and solution conversations with senior stakeholders
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
Help build repeatable sales playbooks and contribute to pipeline generation
Collaborate with leadership, product, and marketing to shape messaging and positioning
What they are looking for
3+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota attainment
Experience selling to marketing leadership (CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Growth, GTM leaders)
Strong consultative discovery skills and executive presence
Comfortable selling outcomes-based solutions rather than simple seat licenses
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Ability to operate with autonomy and build process while carrying a quota
Strong communication skills and disciplined CRM habits
AI-forward mindset and comfort using AI tools in daily workflow
Preferred background
SaaS or technology platform sales
Agency, services, or outcomes-based selling environments
Experience selling to Series A–D technology companies or marketing teams
Compensation
$90K–$100K base salary
$180K–$200K OTE
