Account Executive - Mechanical Services - Base Salary to 90k/year - Phoenix, AZ
Our client is a growing mechanical services company seeking an Account Executive to develop new business throughout a territory within approximately 50 miles of Phoenix, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new accounts, and representing a company known for delivering high-quality mechanical service solutions.
This position focuses on selling commercial HVAC maintenance and mechanical service agreements to new customers while partnering with an experienced technical service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory by prospecting and developing relationships with commercial customers.
Sell HVAC preventive maintenance agreements, service agreements, and mechanical service solutions.
Identify customer needs and recommend maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and long-term performance.
Develop relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, general contractors, and other commercial decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, present service offerings, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
Maintain regular communication with customers to build long-term partnerships and identify additional sales opportunities.
Collaborate with service technicians and internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing account support.
Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and pipeline updates.
Travel throughout a territory within approximately 50 miles of Phoenix.
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven outside sales experience.
Experience selling commercial HVAC maintenance agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, mechanical service agreements, or similar service-based solutions, or at least 2+ years of successful outside sales experience selling commercial service solutions.
Demonstrated success developing new business and growing customer relationships.
Experience managing a sales territory and prospecting new commercial accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation:
Base salary in the 60k - 90k/year range, plus an uncapped commission program.
