Account Executive - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 80k/year - Chesapeake, VA

• Our client, an established commercial mechanical services company, has an immediate need for an Account Executive to manage a territory out of Chesapeake, VA. This position is focused on new business development, outside sales, and service agreement sales within the commercial HVAC and mechanical services market.
• The Account Executive will prospect for new customers, develop relationships with commercial facility decision-makers, and manage renewals of existing service agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and outside sales activities
• Sell commercial HVAC and mechanical service agreements, maintenance agreements, and service contracts
• Develop relationships with facility managers, maintenance managers, building owners, property managers, and other commercial decision-makers
• Manage service agreement and maintenance contract renewals
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline within the assigned territory
• Work with the Sales Manager to implement new business development and territory growth strategies
• Maintain prospect, customer, opportunity, and sales activity information within the company CRM
• Track sales activity, pipeline development, and sales results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of proven outside sales success
• Experience prospecting and generating new business
• Experience using a CRM to manage prospects, customers, opportunities, and sales activity
• Documented sales results, revenue performance, or quota attainment

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary in the 65k - 80k/year range, and an uncapped bonus/commission structure that should add another 10k - 25k in the first year and put you well into the six figure range in 2-3 years.
