Title: Account Executive - Medical Supply Inside Sales
Location: Washington DC - Hybrid schedule, 4 days in office | Wednesday work remote.
Company: Unique startup offering physician office finance management solutions and a marketplace for medical supplies and prescription goods. Helping offices save time and money on daily operation costs.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full sales life-cycle with accounts for the medical supply and Rx marketplace within the company portfolio of offerings.
- Creating opportunities from scratch and grow sales from the ground up.
- Conducting daily cold outreach by phone, email, and door-to-door visits to private practices
- Building relationships with office managers, physicians, and other healthcare decision-makers to drive adoption.
- Attending medical conferences and industry events to network with prospects and close sales opportunities
- Partnering with internal Sales teams to refine strategies for lead generation, territory development, and account growth
- Delivering persuasive product demonstrations to show value and win new accounts
- Continuously growing and managing a pipeline of healthcare practices through outbound efforts and local networking
- Understanding practice needs, challenges, and buying behaviors to qualify opportunities and tailor solutions
- Keeping accurate records of all sales activities, outreach, and customer details in CRM software
- Collaborating with team members to develop effective pitches, sales collateral, and outreach campaigns
Requirements:
- Completed 4-year college degree.
- 2-3+ years of experience in medical sales, particularly with supplies, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare products
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage in cold calling activities and drive lead conversion and sales growth.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, including cold calling and pipeline development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to learn about the industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Compensation:
- $90-110K Base salary, 160K OTE Uncapped commissions, and equity. Plus health, vision, and dental insurance options with premiums covered for employee and benefits, and 401K match.
