    The Opportunity

    This role is suited for an Account Executive who enjoys early-stage environments and wants ownership in shaping a sales motion.

    You will join a small go-to-market team and work closely with company leadership to drive revenue across both SMB and enterprise accounts. The role involves helping define how deals are sourced, qualified, and closed as the company continues to scale.

    You will have quota ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to grow into senior sales or leadership roles as the organization expands.

    What You Will Do

    • Own the full sales cycle from inbound qualification through close and onboarding

    • Sell to property managers, commercial real estate owners, and security decision-makers

    • Lead ROI-focused demos centered on operational efficiency, risk reduction, and compliance

    • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and follow-up in Salesforce

    • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving Security, IT, Operations, and Finance

    • Work with leadership to refine messaging, pricing, and sales process as the company moves upmarket

    What You Will Bring

    • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience

    • Experience working in startup or early-stage environments

    • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota

    • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders using a value-based approach

    • Strong discovery and communication skills

    • Ability to work with limited structure and adapt as processes evolve

    Nice to Have

    • Experience at a Series A or Series B startup

    • Experience selling platform-based or complex SaaS solutions

    • Familiarity with physical security, commercial real estate, or property technology markets
