PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are seeking a creative and self-motivated individual to join the Front Office as an Account Executive.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
Identify, evaluate, and sell potential clients relative to tickets, groups, suites and sponsorship opportunities
Prospecting, qualifying leads and setting face-to-face appointments for new business
Maintain electronic account records in CRM for all clients and prospects
Manage client relationships and drive the follow up for future marketing programs
Organize meetings with clients to assess needs and present opportunities
Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects
Represent the team at various promotional events
Assist for recruitment, training, and supervision of the game-day staff
Prepares game-day staff scheduling, working within set budgets. Assist with bi-weekly payroll submission as requested.
Responsible for distribution and record-keeping of staff uniforms.
Responsible for quality control of staff during games and events, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed
Administer staff engagement and recognition plan over the course of the season.
Assist in processing online merchandise orders as requested
Work within a team environment to achieve common team goals
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Skills required:
Sales and negotiation skills
Highly organized, ability to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
Consistent, punctual and regular attendance
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Experience preferred:
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing within sport and entertainment venues
High level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain sensitive information and appropriate decorum.
One year's work experience in sales and customer service
Educational/Other requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Demonstrated quick learner with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
