As an Account Executive at PathSpot, you'll drive the adoption of our products and grow company revenue. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—bringing a motivated, customer-first approach to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. You'll partner closely with customer success and product to ensure prospects become long-term PathSpot champions.
OTE $110k-120k (55/45 split)
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Lead discovery calls and product demos to understand customer needs and present tailored PathSpot solutions
Develop trusted relationships with prospects and customers to drive long-term revenue growth
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutual value for both PathSpot and the customer
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product to align sales strategy and support smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactions within our CRM
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to position PathSpot effectively
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while upholding our values and customer-first mindset
