    The Role

    As an Account Executive at PathSpot, you'll drive the adoption of our products and grow company revenue. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—bringing a motivated, customer-first approach to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. You'll partner closely with customer success and product to ensure prospects become long-term PathSpot champions.

    OTE $110k-120k (55/45 split)

    What you'll do:

    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

    • Lead discovery calls and product demos to understand customer needs and present tailored PathSpot solutions

    • Develop trusted relationships with prospects and customers to drive long-term revenue growth

    • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutual value for both PathSpot and the customer

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product to align sales strategy and support smooth onboarding

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactions within our CRM

    • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to position PathSpot effectively

    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while upholding our values and customer-first mindset

    • Are organized and detail-oriented, maintaining strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline

    • Stay curious—tracking market shifts and competitor moves to sharpen your pitch and bring better insights to customers

    • Collaborate naturally across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from first touch through onboarding
