    Responsibilities but not Limited To:

    Develop relationships with multiple decision makers within accounts, especially at the C-level Suites.

    Proactively identify and drive new revenue opportunities by upselling and cross-selling IT services, hardware, software subscriptions, and managed services tailored to client requirements.

    Maintain and grow existing client revenues through cross-selling of Ozkar Services core competencies

    Establish and maintain manufacturer/partner relationships to develop joint public sector sales opportunities

    Meet or exceed designated sales targets

    Create and implement an effective sales strategy

    Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

    Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

    Utilize a diverse range of client acquisition strategies—such as social selling, relationship development, lead generation, and targeted follow-up—to generate and expand new business opportunities.

    Up to 25% travel within the New York Tri-State area.

    Continue Education

    Obtaining and maintaining industry sales certifications for all first-tier manufacturers.

    Qualifications

    Proven success selling to Public Sector / SLED customers at the Chief Experience Officer, Vice President or Director levels

    Minimum 5 years of experience including selling technology services such as hardware,software, network or emerging technologies

    Knowledge of public sector procurement models, budgets, and RFP/RFQ processes

    Strong ability to qualify leads, engage new markets, and close new accounts in the public sector

    Ability to generate opportunity and produce results

    High energy, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and competitive drive to surpass goals and succeed

    Passion for building relationships and solving problems

    Strong written and verbal communication skills
