Account Executive
Job Purpose: This position will aggressively prospect, pitch and close new advertising, sponsorship and partnership sales for RACER. The Account Executive will manage all sales/partnership activity in the company CRM and work closely with the Group Vice President in creating all pricing strategies, data analysis, rating analysis, creating proposals, and sponsorship valuation. This position works in close collaboration with the marketing, creative, and planning departments to create successful sales initiatives and ongoing client support. Primary focus of this job is to increase sales and coordinate all sales efforts with the Group Vice President. This position works in close and constant collaboration with all RACER divisions/departments within the network and contributes to strategic planning as a member of the senior management team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Aggressively prospect, pitch and close new partnership/sales deals
Daily updates to the CRM program software
Work with the Group Vice President to develop and implement integrated media campaigns that meet client goals and drive revenue
Make data proven/informed recommendations to clients and Group Vice President on proposal requests/packages.
Request approval by Group Vice President for any proposals extending beyond approved packages and guidelines
Work closely with the Group Vice President and the partnerships teammates to perform research and analyze data effectively across multiple industry platforms (examples: MRI data, MediaRadar, iSpot reporting, Hive reporting, OTT platform dashboards, asset availability and allocation grids)
Coordinate with partnership/sales operations and production teams to ensure all materials and deliverables are in-house for post-contract execution, including but not limited to display and print creative, 30-second commercials, tag lines, banner artwork, product for in-show features, PA scripts)
Work with the Creative & Media Planning Department as needed to create custom elements for sales presentations.
Work closely with sales/partnership/partnership operations post-contract to ensure all contractual elements are clearly understood, digitally relayed to Specialist to begin asset allocation across the purchased platforms (On-site assets, AV assets, Production elements, Airing specificity)
Travel will be needed for in-person sales efforts and ongoing relationship building

Education/distances/experience required: Motorsports Knowledge and brand relationships Minimum 4+ of experience in media sales 7+ years of professional experience
Compensation The compensation range for this position is $80k-$100k per year with significant upside potential through performance-based commission.
