    The Account Executive Role

    We are hiring full-cycle Account Executives who know how to drive deals to a decision.

    This is a multi-touch sales environment. You’ll be working a mix of:

    Live transfer leads

    Inbound opportunities

    Outbound outreach

    Trade show and in-person opportunities

    Some deals will close quickly. Others require demos, follow-up, and multiple conversations.

    The expectation: You know how to do both.

    This is a true end-to-end role. You will generate, manage, and close your own opportunities—there is no large team of BDRs/SDRs handing off pre-qualified deals.

    What You’ll Do as an Account Executive

    Run strong discovery conversations and quickly assess fit

    Close deals on the first call when the opportunity is there

    Schedule and run demos when needed—and follow through

    Manage a multi-touch pipeline with consistent, disciplined follow-up

    Use HubSpot CRM to track activity and move deals forward

    Handle objections and confidently guide prospects to a decision

    Attend trade shows and events to generate and close business

    What We’re Looking For in a Account Executive

    Proven ability to close deals and manage a pipeline

    Experience working multiple lead sources (inbound, outbound, live transfers)

    Strong follow-up habits and organizational discipline

    Ability to balance:

    Aggression (driving the close)

    Patience (working deals over time)

    Clear communicator who sounds confident and credible

    Self-managed, accountable, and consistent in execution

    Who This Is NOT For

    Reps who rely on demos but struggle to close

    Anyone who needs constant micromanagement

    Poor follow-up habits or disorganized pipeline management

    People who abandon deals too early

    Order-takers who wait instead of leading

    An Account Executive Must Have

    POS, SaaS, or merchant services experience

    Experience selling to SMBs or retail businesses

    Trade show or in-person sales experience

    HubSpot or CRM familiarity

    Bilingual (Spanish)

    Travel

    Ability to travel for trade shows, events, and occasional client meetings

    Travel is part of the sales strategy in this role

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: $42,000–$45,000

    Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

    Top Performers: $100K+
