    The Opportunity

    The company is hiring a seasoned Senior Sales Executive & Account Representative to join their growing team during a critical inflection point. This is a high-impact, full-time individual contributor role focused on selling to enterprise-level hospitality groups across the U.S. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from sourcing outbound leads to closing deals—while collaborating closely with SDRs and internal teams to deliver high-touch service and long-term value.

    Ideal for a relationship-driven closer with a strong book of business or warm network in hospitality, this role is equal parts strategic outreach, consultative selling, and high-trust account management.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Sales & Strategic Outreach
    • Build and execute personalized outreach to enterprise hospitality groups (e.g., hotel chains, luxury resorts, restaurant groups, and management companies).

    • Develop tailored pitches that clearly convey the ROI of influencer marketing and close deals in a short-cycle sales process.

    • Drive new business through a mix of warm intros, outbound prospecting, and SDR collaboration.

    Account Growth & Retention
    • Own relationships post-close, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for key clients.

    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell platform features and services.

    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure exceptional campaign execution and delivery.

    Market Intelligence
    • Stay ahead of trends across hospitality, F&B, and influencer marketing.

    • Leverage your industry experience to open doors, guide messaging, and shape strategic sales direction.

    What Makes You a Strong Fit

    • 5+ years in B2B sales or account management with a strong focus on hospitality, influencer marketing, or SaaS.

    • Proven ability to navigate enterprise decision cycles and close multi-stakeholder deals.

    • Experience working with or selling to major groups such as Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, Aimbridge, etc.

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Strong proficiency in sales tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).

    • Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and an eye for opportunity.

    Bonus Points For:

    • Existing relationships in the hospitality or F&B space

    • Experience navigating franchised org structures or multi-unit operators

    • Background in influencer/creator tech or advertising SaaS

    Compensation & Perks

    • Base Salary: $80,000

    • Commission: 5% (inbound), 10% (organic outbound)

    • OTE: $150K–$200K+ in Year 1, $250K-$300k+ in Year 2
