    Job Description

    The Sales Account Executive plays an essential role in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Responsibilities include supporting the sales process, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with project documentation and invoicing. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality, sustainable outcomes for clients. The Sales Account Executive ensures client needs are met efficiently and accurately from initial lead qualification through post-event follow-up.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Sales & Client Support

    • Assist Account Executives throughout the sales cycle with proposals, quotes, contracts, and client communication.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships; deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
    • Identify new business opportunities and support marketing and outreach initiatives, including cold calls, presentations, and event participation.
    • Represent the company at events, networking functions, and trade shows.

    Project & CRM Management

    • Manage and track sales activity, leads, and client data in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with Account and Project Managers on project timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and invoicing.
    • Ensure task completion and alignment with production schedules.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work with Operations to optimize the workflow of sales, project management, and production.
    • Create and maintain project timelines to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and problem resolution.
    • Coordinate technical solutions and provide support for structural and production-related issues.

    Strategy & Reporting

    • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on client needs, opportunities, and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop and support sales strategies and growth initiatives.

    Planning, Organization & Adaptability: Sets realistic goals, organizes resources, schedules team activities, and adjusts methods for changing environments and unexpected challenges.

    Technical & Research Proficiency: Skilled in using spreadsheets, the internet, and word processing tools; capable of analyzing market data, industry trends, and external factors to inform decisions.
