    About Blooming Health:

Blooming Health is a technology platform transforming how social care is delivered in the U.S. We partner with community-based organizations, health systems, and government agencies to close the "last mile" of care — ensuring underserved populations can access the services they need, when and how they need them.

Our platform uses AI-powered multilingual engagement and workflow automation to screen for social needs, coordinate referrals, and track follow-ups across food, housing, transportation, benefits, and more. It works across SMS, voice, and email — on any device, in 80+ languages — and now includes our Social Care AI Agent, a 24/7 digital assistant that makes outreach, enrollment, and navigation seamless for both individuals and care teams..

As we expand rapidly across states, we're looking for a mission-driven Account Executive focused on Service Providers to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within the CBO and social service provider segment.

    About the Role:

As a Service Provider Account Executive , you'll be responsible for the full sales cycle—prospecting, demoing, negotiating, and closing—with community-based and social care organizations. These include Area Agencies on Aging (AAA), home- and community-based service (HCBS) providers, non-profits, and regional networks.

This role is ideal for a consultative seller who understands the needs of mission-driven organizations and excels at building trust with non-traditional healthcare providers. You will help these organizations modernize their outreach, operations, and impact using Blooming Health's technology platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Sales Growth: Build and manage a pipeline of service providers, including AAAs, home care agencies, senior centers, and care hubs. Convert qualified leads into long-term partners.

    • Understand the Customer: Learn the operational, funding, and communication needs of social care organizations. Provide tailored solutions that align with their mission and constraints.

    • Product Demonstration: Lead compelling demos that address the unique pain points of service providers—such as staff capacity, client communication, reporting, and engagement.

    • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the deal from prospecting through close. Negotiate contracts and pricing with executive directors, program managers, and procurement teams.

    • Sales Process Improvement: Collaborate with the product, marketing, and operations teams to refine go-to-market messaging and improve the sales experience.

    • CRM Discipline: Accurately track activities, pipeline, and outcomes using HubSpot.

    • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on trends in aging services, HCBS, Medicaid waivers, and social determinants of health (SDOH).

    • Customer Advocacy: Champion customer feedback internally to help improve the platform and support model.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success selling into social care organizations, such as AAAs, community-based organizations, home care networks,non-profits, or similar organizations.

    • Mission-Driven: Passionate about improving access and equity in aging and social services.

    • Strong Communication: Able to clearly convey product value in a consultative, approachable manner.

    • Proven Closer: Track record of hitting or exceeding quota with deal sizes in the $20K–$200K range.

    • Start-up Mentality: Resourceful, adaptable, and excited by change in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

    • CRM & Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRM systems, sales tools, and virtual communication platforms.

    • Collaborative: Works well cross-functionally and thrives in a mission-first, team-oriented culture.

    • Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel to client sites, conferences, and team events as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Existing relationships with aging services networks, community care hubs,HCBS providers, or similar non-profits

    • Understanding of Medicaid waiver programs, Title III funding, or value-based care initiatives

    • Experience with SDOH-focused technology or platforms for non-clinical care delivery
