    As we kick off 2026, we are looking for a driven, consultative sales professional to join our growing team. If you’re tired of "transactional" sales and want to build long-term client relationships through creative problem-solving, this is your next move.

    What You’ll Do:

    Consultative Prospecting: Identify and connect with local business leaders to understand their branding and communication challenges.

    Strategic Solutions: Work alongside our design team to pitch custom graphics, digital signage, and branding wayfinding.

    Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial "hello" to the final installation and beyond.

    Networking: Act as the face of FASTSIGNS at community events and professional organizations.

    What We Offer:

    Competitive Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission (Expected Year 1 OTE: $55,000 - $80,000).

    What You Bring:

    A "hunter" mindset with a "consultant’s" heart.

    Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but a winning attitude is a must.

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to business owners and executives.
