The Role
We’re hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to own deals from first touch through close. You’ll work closely with the CRO and GTM leadership to build pipeline, lead discovery, manage multiple stakeholders, and close multi-year SaaS deals with healthcare providers.
This is a strong fit for someone with sales or sales development experience in B2B SaaS who’s ready for more ownership in closing roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound and qualified inbound
- Lead discovery with clinical, operations, and IT stakeholders and connect needs to clear value and ROI
- Deliver tailored demos and follow-ups (not one-size-fits-all pitches)
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality; share feedback from the field
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support reliable forecasting
Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales or sales development
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience in healthcare / healthtech or other complex B2B environments is a plus
- Comfortable managing multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles
- Strong discovery and communication skills; able to explain solutions and impact clearly
- Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment with high ownership and accountability
Compensation
- 85-100k base salary DOE + compensation
