    Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + Commission

    A respected national commercial roofing contractor headquartered in Atlanta is seeking a Sales Manager / Account Executive to help grow strategic accounts and expand market presence across the Southeast.

    This role focuses on developing long-term commercial roofing relationships and national account opportunities while working closely with estimating and operations teams to deliver large commercial projects.

    This position offers the opportunity to step into existing client relationships while building new business, making it ideal for someone with a strong understanding of commercial roofing or building envelope construction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain relationships with commercial building owners, property managers, developers, and general contractors
    • Identify new opportunities for re-roofing, maintenance programs, and new construction roofing projects
    • Conduct roof assessments and develop project scopes and proposals
    • Work closely with internal estimating and operations teams to ensure project success
    • Maintain sales pipeline and client communication through CRM systems
    • Support territory growth strategy and revenue development

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in commercial roofing or construction industry sales
    • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and project lifecycle
    • Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships
    • Comfortable performing site visits and roof inspections
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

    Preferred

    • Experience managing commercial roofing projects or accounts
    • Background working with consultants, architects, or property management groups
    • Spanish language ability is a plus
