Account Executive @ Tilt
Tilt (check us out here) is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team and help us scale our business by managing the sales cycle end-to-end. You will manage inbound leads and partner referrals, demonstrate the software to prospective clients, negotiate, and finalize contracts. This position is a full-time role reporting to our Director of Sales. We want you to be successful here at Tilt! Responsibilities will include
- Managing inbound leads from multiple sources including channel partners, benefit brokers, inbound demand generation, and events
- Personalized and intentional email and call follow-up for prospective customers
- Scheduling and hosting demonstration calls for prospective customers
- Drafting sales proposals; negotiating pricing and terms; coordinating with legal to manage the close (internally and externally); and interfacing with finance, IT, and security teams, as appropriate
- Seamlessly handing off new customers to the Implementation and Customer Success Team
- Managing a pipeline in Hubspot, keeping records up-to-date, and forecasting
- Serve as the internal voice for your market segment
- Contributing to internal strategy decisions for target market (conferences, webinars, marketing, partnerships etc.)
- Managing multi-year contracts and amendments, as applicable
You’re a great fit if you have
- Previous sales experience, B2B SaaS and/or startups is a plus
- Proven ability to demo and close new clients using value selling methodologies
- Proven track record of quota attainment of at least $750k per year
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to always be learning, making mistakes and helping others do the same
- A bias for action, being ready to jump into the work and learn along the way
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management
Total Compensation
The base salary for this role is $80,000-$90,000 with an estimated OTE of $160,000-$180,000. We offer uncapped commission with accelerators plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business.
