    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand Treeline's customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery to demoing and closing. You will be selling a disruptive, tech-enabled solution to a market that is ready for modernization, and you will play a pivotal role in building a world-class GTM organization that disrupts the massive MSP market. You will target SMB and mid-market organizations, articulating the value of our managed services and software platform. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth company at the ground floor, working closely with leadership to execute on sales goals and help establish Treeline as a market leader. Success in this role will require a self-starting approach to GTM execution, industry and customer relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration in order to build a world-class GTM organization.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Full-Cycle Sales : Own revenue outcomes by actively managing every stage of your pipeline, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Pipeline Generation : Supplement inbound leads with consistent outbound prospecting. Leverage channels like cold outbound, centers of influence, social, and networking, to ensure healthy pipeline coverage.
    • Discovery & Demo: Conduct discovery calls to understand the IT/Security challenges of SMB and mid-market businesses, and deliver compelling product demonstrations that map to those needs.
    • Closing: Navigate complex decision-making units, overcome objections, and negotiate contract terms to close business.
    • Forecast Accuracy: Maintain CRM and tooling hygiene to provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to leadership. Participate in regular sales meeting rhythms to ensure on-target success.
    • Market Feedback : Serve as the "voice of the customer" by relaying common objections and feature requests to Product and Engineering to help refine our offering.
    • Playbook Development : Contribute to developing and refining Treeline's sales playbook and processes, including standardizing on talk tracks, demos and negotiations.
    • Collaboration: Partner closely with the wider Treeline team including SDRs, Marketing, CSMs and Onboarding teams to align on strategies, share insights and achieve shared goals. Facilitate seamless handoffs of won deals.

    What you bring:

    • Experience : 3+ years in SaaS or B2B tech sales. We're flexible for candidates with the right mix of attributes, drive, and potential if experience is lighter.
