    The Account Executive role at Turnout is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are sales-driven and passionate about leveraging AI to solve significant problems in the financial industry, particularly in the area of tax debt relief. With $11M in seed-stage funding and a rapidly growing company, Turnout is well-positioned to tap into a $500B market of consumers facing tax debt challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Execution: Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, helping consumers navigate tax debt relief services powered by AI.
    • Customer Education: Communicate the value of Turnout’s services to potential clients, focusing on how AI can assist with legal and financial challenges related to tax debt, fraud, identity theft protection, and more.
    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, using methods like cold calling, email marketing, and demos.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to optimize sales processes and drive company growth.
    • Fast-Paced Sales Cycle: Operate in a dynamic, quick-turnaround environment, closing deals in 24-48 hours where necessary.

    Required Skills:

    • Sales Experience: 2-5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
    • SaaS/AI/Financial Services Experience: Knowledge or experience in SaaS or AI products, or a background in debt relief/financial services, particularly in helping consumers resolve tax debt issues.
    • Full Sales Cycle Expertise: Proven ability to manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and demos to negotiations and closing.
    • Results-Oriented: Strong track record of generating new business through various outreach methods, including cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups.
    • Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working across departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance the customer experience.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Short Sales Cycles: Experience with fast sales cycles (24-48 hours).
    • Knowledge of AI & Fintech/LegalTech: Awareness of trends and solutions in the AI, fintech, or legal tech space that could apply to financial services.
    • Startup Experience: Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-paced startup environment.
    • D2C Sales Experience: Direct-to-consumer sales expertise.
    • Time Zone Flexibility: Comfort with working across different time zones to accommodate customers and teammates.
