    Regional Sales Manager
    Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid) | Base $90K–$100K + Commission

    We are conducting a confidential search for an established Managed Services Provider seeking a high-performing sales hunter to drive growth in the Atlanta market. We are looking for a proven relationship builder who already has an active network of business decision-makers and can generate revenue quickly.

    The organization provides a full-service technology platform including managed IT services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure support. Your role is to open doors, build relationships, and close recurring managed services agreements.Territory

    This role is focused exclusively on the Atlanta market. Candidates must already be locally embedded with an established network of business relationships. This is not a relocation opportunity.

    The Opportunity

    This is a true growth role designed for a producer who understands how to sell recurring technology services into small to mid-sized businesses. Typical clients range from 20 to 400 employees across industries such as professional services, legal, manufacturing, and similar environments.

    • Average deal size: ~$500K annual recurring revenue
    • Sales cycle: typically 2 weeks to 1 month
    • Sales motion: relationship-driven, not RFP-heavy enterprise sales

    This is a fast-moving, high-impact sales environment where results come from relationships, not long enterprise cycles.

    What You Will Sell

    You will represent a full-service managed technology platform, including:

    • Managed IT services and 24/7 support
    • Cybersecurity and compliance solutions
    • Managed security services
    • Disaster recovery and business continuity
    • Infrastructure, cloud, and hosting solutions
    • VoIP and unified communications
    • Low-voltage cabling, access control, and security systems

    This allows you to position a complete solution, not a single product.

    What We’re Looking For

    We are targeting experienced sales professionals who can generate business immediately. Ideal candidates will have:

    • 5 to 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in MSP or technology services
    • Existing relationships with CIO, CTO, CFO, or business owners
    • A track record of generating new client relationships and closing deals
    • Experience selling recurring revenue or service-based solutions
    • A strong local network within the Atlanta business community

    The strongest candidates will have a transferable book of business or the ability to quickly activate their network.

    Compensation

    • Base salary: $90,000 to $100,000
    • Uncapped commission structure
    • High earning potential tied directly to revenue generation

    Top performers who can leverage existing relationships and close new business quickly will have the opportunity to build significant income.
