    Position Overview

    We're seeking an energetic and self-motivated Account Executive to join our growing sales team and develop new business opportunities across your assigned territory and/or industry. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with 3-5 years of experience who wants to be in the driver’s seat of their career trajectory. You'll work closely with Sales leadership and the Solutions team to identify prospects, qualify leads, and close deals while building your expertise in the bird control industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Development & Lead Generation

    Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking

    Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings with potential clients

    Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities in your assigned territory

    Meet monthly and quarterly activity metrics for calls, meetings, and proposals

    Relationship Building

    Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, and operations leads

    Conduct site visits and property assessments to identify bird control needs

    Present Wild Goose Chase's services and value proposition to prospective clients

    Collaborate with bird biologists and field teams to scope appropriate solutions

    Provide timely follow-up and responsive communication throughout the sales cycle

    Account Management & Growth

    Ensure smooth handoff to account manager and operations team after contract signing

    Maintain customer satisfaction and address any service concerns

    Working with Account Manager, identify opportunities for contract renewals and upselling additional services

    Team Collaboration

    Work closely with Senior Leadership on strategic accounts and complex deals

    Partner with marketing team on lead generation campaigns and content

    Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to team goals

    Share market insights and competitive intelligence with leadership

    Required Qualifications

    Experience & Skills

    3-5 years of B2B sales experience with proven track record, bird control experience highly preferred.

    Experience with full sales cycle from prospecting to close

    Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas

    Strong cold calling and prospecting skills

    Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Zoho preferred)

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales technology tools

    Preferred Qualifications

    Industry Background

    Experience in pest control, facility services, property management, or related service industries

    Understanding of commercial property operations and maintenance

    Knowledge of B2B service sales cycles

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Willingness to travel within assigned territory (up to 50%)

    What We Offer

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 (depending on experience)

    Commission Structure: Uncapped commission with OTE of $85,000-$95,000 in first year

    Performance Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus based on quota attainment & personal contribution
