Unlicensed Real Estate Agent – 1099/Commission-Only Opportunity

Rather than a traditional interview, we invite you to attend our Career Session — _ a free 30-45 minute virtual or in-person event_ (scheduled via Eventbrite). Here’s what you’ll learn:

1. The Real Estate Profession: Gain insight into a real estate agent's exciting and dynamic day-to-day responsibilities.
2. **Licensing Requirements & Costs: **Learn the steps, state requirements, and upfront costs associated with obtaining your real estate license.
3. Income Potential : Understand how real estate commissions work, with real-life examples based on local market data.
4. Weichert's Support System: Discover the tools, training, technology, and coaching we provide to help you succeed as a real estate agent.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in sales, networking, or customer-facing roles.
• Highly self-motivated individuals who thrive in an independent work environment.
• Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and building client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to commit to obtaining a real estate license (we’ll guide you through the process).

Important Details:

• This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity; there is no base salary or hourly pay.
• You must be prepared to invest time and effort into obtaining your real estate license.
• Full training, tools, and support provided by Weichert.
