Our rapidly expanding Medicare-certified home health agency, with multiple offices across Central Florida, is seeking top-tier Account Executives to represent our brand and build strong referral partnerships throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk counties.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners

Drive patient referrals and grow market share within your assigned territory

Educate referral sources on our services and patient care excellence

Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions

Execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed growth targets

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health or related field

Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

Knowledge of Medicare guidelines is a plus

Local market knowledge in one or more of the listed counties
