Job Title: Account Manager Location: Roanoke, VA Company: 360clean
Position Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, client satisfaction, and service quality across assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and high service standards. The Account Manager will also support staffing, inspections, and operational execution to ensure long-term client retention and growth.
Schedule: This role requires a flexible schedule to support evening operations, typically working either 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Occasional daytime availability may be needed for client meetings and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits
Conduct routine quality control inspections during evening service hours
Address and resolve client concerns within a timely manner
Coordinate onboarding of new accounts, including walkthroughs, key collection, and service setup
Manage and support cleaning staff and subcontractors across assigned accounts
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new cleaners as needed
Ensure proper staffing coverage for all scheduled services
Monitor service performance and implement improvements where needed
Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, client interactions, and service updates
Support monthly and quarterly client meetings and reporting
Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and account growth opportunities
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in account management, operations, or service-based industries
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Problem-solver with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to work evening hours consistently
Experience in janitorial, facilities management, or service industry preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 annually
