    Job Summary

    Bloom Talent Solutions is partnering with a privately held commercial landscape maintenance company to hire two Account Managers due to portfolio growth. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of HOA and commercial landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring service quality, client retention, and enhancement sales growth. Each role manages a $1.5M–$2M+ book of business and works closely with operations to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow a portfolio of HOA and commercial landscape maintenance accounts
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
    • Conduct regular property walks, quality audits, and seasonal service planning
    • Coordinate with Operations to ensure accurate scheduling, crew alignment, and safety compliance
    • Identify, propose, and close enhancement opportunities
    • Achieve quarterly enhancement revenue targets
    • Participate in HOA board meetings, including occasional after-hours meetings
    • Maintain accurate service documentation and client notes in BOSS (ERP)
    • Collaborate with Business Development on cross-selling opportunities
    • Support client retention, renewals, and long-term relationship management
    • Align with Branch Manager on service standards and operational improvements

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of account management or client-facing project management experience
    • Experience in field service or service contracting environments preferred
    • Strong client relationship and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
    • Comfortable working in a field-based, onsite role
    • Valid driver’s license

    Preferred Background

    • Commercial landscape maintenance experience (preferred, not required)
    • Experience in related service industries such as facilities, HVAC, construction, pest control, elevator, or uniforms
    • Experience presenting to HOA boards or executive-level stakeholders

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $70,000–$80,000
    • Commission: 4% of enhancement sales
    • Annual bonus and profit sharing
    • Total target compensation: $100,000–$110,000
    • Company truck and fuel provided
