    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial maintenance accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for each
    • Drive retention and satisfaction by ensuring top-tier service delivery and proactive communication
    • Lead regular property walks, audits, and enhancement reviews with clients
    • Partner closely with production and operations teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
    • Support internal adoption of software and systems that improve service delivery and accountability
    • Monitor budgets, job performance, and crew efficiency to support profitability goals
    • Collaborate with fellow account managers to share best practices and deliver consistent client experiences

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance account management
    • Experience at a top 100 commercial landscape company preferred
    • Deep understanding of residential and commercial maintenance best practices
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
    • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or field service software
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base salary: $85K+
    • Profit share
