    Technical, Trusted, and Team-Focused

    This role is ideal for a seasoned Account Manager who thrives in a client-facing, horticulturally sophisticated environment. You’ll manage a portfolio of Class A commercial accounts—ranging from tech campuses to multi-site retail properties—and lead morning dispatch, site walks, and crew mentorship. The company isn’t sales-aggressive but is laser-focused on quality, client trust, and team development.

    What You’ll Own:

    • Manage a $700K–$1M book of commercial maintenance accounts
    • Lead daily dispatch at 6:00 AM and serve as the key contact for client relationships
    • Provide ongoing mentorship, training, and disciplinary leadership to crews
    • Conduct proactive site walks and ensure service delivery meets scope and quality expectations
    • Collaborate with dedicated enhancement and construction teams as needed
    • Support client education and retention through a consultative, not transactional, approach

    Ideal Background:

    • 3+ years of account management experience in commercial landscape maintenance
    • Strong technical horticulture knowledge and a genuine passion for plant health
    • Experience mentoring crews and leading field teams
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
    • Professional demeanor with clients—especially high-end or tech-facing properties
    • Comfortable in a quality-over-quantity service model
    • Experience with Class A retail, tech campuses, or complex commercial portfolios is a plus

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000
    • Annual bonus: Performance-based
    • Company vehicle: Take-home truck, gas card, and maintenance covered
